Price Increase March 1, 2015
March 1, 2015: I regret to announce that I'm raising the prices on all
latex masks to $250 (including shipping anywhere in the world). Jessica silicone masks will remain at $600 including shipping, Susan silicone masks
will be US $500 including shipping; and silicone torsos will be US
$300.
The reason for this is the dropoff in sales, as well as high costs of
renting a full-time shop in order to make these. I'm moving my
operations back into my house but will continue to do special
commissions. I need to do this in order to maintain mask making
as a viable business and not just a hobby that covers its expenses.
I've been making masks for nearly 20 years, during which time
I've made over two thousand masks. Originally I set my prices to be low
in order to be affordable to everyone, but now with much competition
from around the world, I'd like to sell to people who can appreciate a
hand-crafted item made by a professional artist.
